With his extensive expertise in EDI, messaging standards, and electronic trading solutions, John leads Celtrino’s high-level strategy, keeping the end customer in mind. As CEO, he focuses on guiding Celtrino’s mission and long-term objectives, engaging with investors, partners, and regulators to strengthen key external relationships.
John’s leadership extends to ensuring robust governance and compliance, while supporting the executive team’s development to drive sustainable growth. His knack for balancing big-picture strategy with grounded, practical initiatives and a deep love for the game of chess keeps Celtrino moving forward.

Alan’s background spans sales, operations, HR, training, marketing, business ownership, and country management. This diverse experience gives him a unique depth in project management and a talent for tackling complex challenges head-on.. His diverse roles have taught him that his true professional value lies in a few key principles: consistently fixing what needs to be fixed, turning creative ideas into actionable steps, and ensuring that every member of the team is actively contributing. Today, he applies those lessons to help Celtrino deliver solutions that truly make a difference for its customers and asking the question “If I’m not directly helping a customer, am I backing up someone who is?”

Juby, our COO since 2020, manages Celtrino’s technical operations across Ireland and India. With nearly two decades at Celtrino, Juby knows our business inside and out. He’s built high-performing teams that focus on seamless customer experiences and growth. Always hands-on, Juby’s motto is “no customer is waiting on operations”—a mantra hen is committed to.. Outside work, he’s adding an Executive MBA to his list of achievements.

Vishnu is the numbers wizard at Celtrino, balancing our books with precision and a smile. Whether it’s managing budgets or tracking costs down to the penny, he’s always got an eye on the financials. Known for his calm demeanor, Vishnu’s superpower is making even the toughest financial challenges look easy (and making the rest of us look a little better in the process!).

With over 30 years dedicated to customer service and IT solution delivery, Mark’s our expert in managing expectations—both clients’ and our own. Skilled in resource planning and deadline management, Mark’s the kind of project leader everyone wants on their team. Outside the office, he’s often working on improving processes, though he insists it’s just his way of keeping things interesting.

Frank joined Celtrino over 14 years ago as an intern and has climbed the ranks to Head of Technology. Known for his innovative mind and dedication to reliability, Frank oversees our tech strategy, architecture, and infrastructure. He’s always pushing the envelope with a passion for quality, making sure our clients get the best tech solutions around. When he’s not buried in code, Frank is literally going the extra mile—or rather, all 26.2 of them—as he runs marathons across Europe.

Julio, our infrastructure mastermind, has been with Celtrino for 7 years, after spending time with Microsoft. Leading our network team, he’s committed to building resilient systems that can handle anything. Julio’s focus is on process improvement and service quality, ensuring that our infrastructure grows as we do. When he’s not optimising systems, he’s hill walking in Sligo loving the Irish climate over the Brazilian rainforest.

John joined Celtrino in 2024, with over 25 years of sales experience and a record of revenue growth in SaaS and subscription-based models. He’s the kind of leader who’s equally at home expanding markets or mentoring sales talent. Passionate about high-growth strategies, John’s known for closing deals and keeping things fun. As the host of The Global Tech Leaders Podcast, he’s no stranger to sharing insights on sales and strategy worldwide.

Robert came to Celtrino in 2024, bringing a decade of experience in crafting growth strategies for top SaaS companies. With a customer-focused approach to GTM strategies, Robert translates market insights into effective campaigns. Known for his innovative ideas, he’s dedicated to delivering what customers need—sometimes before they know they need it. Outside of work, he’s rumoured to have a knack for spotting trends a mile away (and has been right more often than he’ll admit).
